Notice for Greenhouse Buyers:

Shipping is extra: usually 8-15% of the greenhouse price for polycarbonate greenhouses; 10-20% for glass greenhouses. Exact quote delivered to your site will be provided. GST/PST/HST in addition to shipping and greenhouse cost.

Crating is included, however. Greenhouses can usually be customized to fit an architect's unique specifications. Greenhouses include, except where stated or added: aluminum-alloy frame finished in white, dark green or brown (custom colours available),; heavy duty structure with 5' 6" side (long) walls, pre-hung door, roof vents and automatic solar openers, stainless steel hardware, closed-cell foam sealing strips, caulking, instruction manual and installation CD video. Greenhouse may include an internal truss(es) depending on the length of the greenhouse. Extra trusses or additional wind bracing may be ordered for areas of very heavy snow loads or high winds. If trusses, bracing, etc are ordered at a later date, then extra crating and shipping charges will apply.

Door may be ordered AT NO CHARGE 'dropped' lower than the base of the greenhouse frame to accomodate a foundation that would extend above ground level. Glass greenhouses come with safety glass except for the curve on curved eave greenhouses. Curved eave double pane greenhouses have a heavier solarium-type frame. Commercial heavy duty doors may be ordered at an additional charge. Frame has manufacturer's lifetime warranty; polycarbonate is coated on outside for UV protection and comes with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty against yellowing, cracking, etc.; double pane glass carries a five year manufacturer's warranty for seals (upgrade to ten year warranty may be purchased).

Automatic thermostatically controlled intake vents and exhaust fans may be ordered as an option and are recommended for larger greenhouses. Snow load rated 32-50 lbs/sq foot. Engineered, stamped drawings can be provided at an extra cost. Prices subject to change without notice. Prices effective 9/30/09.
